Please note the following additional Warranty Options available with your purchase of a Laptop, Desktop Refurbised from Digitalgr8ness.

 

Please note that unless otherwise stated all equipment is covered by a 1 month Carry In Warranty to Digitalgr8ness cc. – Cape Town . Note that when extending your warranty it will not include the battery, warranty on batteries are strictly 1 month from date of invoice. 

 

Warranty items can in general be processed and repaired within 72 hours of receiving goods.

 

Warranty Extensions Available:

 

Laptops:

 

·         Additional 2 Months (3 Months in Total) R250

·         Additional 5 months (6 Months in Total) R460

 

Desktops:

 

• Additional 2 Months (3 Months in Total) R230
• Additional 5 months (6 Months in Total) R430

 

 

Electronics and Gadgets:

 

As carried by various suppliers ranging between 6 and 24 months

     

 

Please Note:

 

• Warranty Extensions must be purchased at time of original purchase.

•  This warranty does not cover you for the AC Charger, battery, screen and software related issues.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

Please make sure that you have made all your backups before releasing the unit to the courier. Digitalgr8ness will not be held responsible for any data loss.

 

Warranty Coverage Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any repairs on parts found to be damaged due to negligent or careless use, incorrect maintenance, transportation in inadequate packaging and any other causes which are not attributable to manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover faults deriving from viruses or system conflicts caused by installation or drivers or peripherals devices, or loss of data for any reason whatsoever.

 

Please allow 72 hours for items to be repaired under warranty from time of Digitalgr8ness receiving the consignment.

 

Charges – If Digitalgr8ness determines the fault to be USER ERROR Digitalgr8ness will charge a flat fee of ZAR 250 for any Repair & Return .

 

Please ensure that Warranty Stickers are not removed to avoid Warranty being Void.

 

Complete Laptop(s) need to returned to our offices for replacement or swap-out.
