Shipping Options and Charges

 

Digitalgr8ness heavily subsidizes the freight costs to our customers, detailed below is the latest schedule of pricing:

The below pricing is based on freight costs when ordering directly with Digitalgr8ness. Please note the freight charges when placing an order online with vary due to weight and destination of the consignment. Please use below as a guideline as to what you should expect to pay.

Courier Charges:

 

Digitalgr8ness offers a number of courier options for our customer, the courier charge is calculated on check-out. Pricing is inc vat. The options available are as follows:

• Counter to Counter Service - Economy Service: Delivery eta is1-2 working days. R55
• Door to Door Service - Express Service: Delivery eta is 1-2 working days. Delivery to Major Centres will be completed usually before 11.00am the following morning. R65
• Door to Door overnight Cape Town Area R55
  
• Door to Door Service - Same Day - This Service is only offered within the Cape Town Region. All orders must be processed and packed prior to 11.00am on the day of delivery. R250
• Delivery from Digitalgr8ness  Offices in Cape Town to any Major Aitport in South Africa . This service requires the customer to collect consignment from SAA Cargo Terminal at the designated Airport. Consignments are booked on the First Available Flight.

Please Note:

• Courier service is offered nation-wide within South Africa ONLY;
• All Consignments are packed daily and ready for Courier Collection by 2.00pm daily. Orders after this time will be collected the following day;
• Digitalgr8ness offices will contact you a Tracking Number for your consignment either via SMS, Telephone or Email the proceeding morning of collection; 
• Saturday Morning deliveries can be arranged at a surcharge of R199 ex vat;

Please note that you will be contacted from Digitalgr8ness with a Waybill (Tracking Number) for your consignment.
